Building in the Soviet Union: A Skyscraper block of flats in Moscow the new 32 - storey. 700 - flat building on the Kotelnicheskaya Embankment. It is one of eight gigantic buildings now under construction in the soviet capital. Its first Tenants moved in at the end of December 1951.Among the amenities are garages for prams, bicycles and for Private cars: there is also a cinema with 400 seats.
