Fifth Avenue Interlude -- Fifth Avenue, the street of fashion and swank in this city, was a street with music today as Otto Feinberg, a longshoreman, paused to listen to this radio as he sat on the terrace wall in front of the New York Public Library on the corner of 42nd Street. Otto, while waiting for the time of his night assignment to roll around, sat in the sun, amusing himself and passers-by.No one thinks it strange that wharfie Otto Feinberg sits on a wall in Fifth Ave., street of swank and fashion to listen to his radio.
