Queen Mary Re-Opens Assembly Hall -- Queen Mary arriving for the ceremony to-day. Despite cold, foggy weather Queen Mary to-day (Monday) re-opened the 'blitzed' Assembly Hall at Church House, Westminister, London, fulfilling an engagement postponed from the autumn because of her illness. To-day's ceremony was carried but fourteen years after Queen Mary laid the fundation stone of the main building.
