Reportage in a specalised day care centre in Switzerland for people suffering from Parkinsons disease. Occupational therapy and physiotherapy session : it allows the evaluation of motor capacity and the setting up of compensatory strategies and advice in order to maintain autonomy in everyday activities and mobility, while preventing falls. The centre offers multidiscipline neurorehabilitation treatment specific to the secondary impairments of Parkinsons. It is aimed at people suffering from Parkinsons disease without severe cognitive impairment, who have sufficient autonomy to live at home.
