It's Scrumptious -- It's a very happy 10th birthday for film actress Mandy (Mandy Miller), eyes a-glisten as she does justice to her birthday cake at a party in a private theatre in Wardour Street, London, W., today (Friday).The birthday party followed a special screening of the British film stars (the film is being publicly shown at the Gaumont, Haymarket).
