Second Expeditions Ready For Antarctic -- The Tottan at Southampton to-day. The Norwegian Wealing ship Tottan (540 tons) is to sail from Southampton tomorrow, Tuesday, taking the Royal Society's antarctic expedition advance party to the Antarctic.
